Specific Terms for Each Use Case
1. Get Humanity Score Letter (Individual User Action)
- Purpose: This feature allows individual users to request a personalized letter detailing their humanity score based on donation records they provide.
- Eligibility: Available only to registered users with a verified account on the PDOI™ & BDOI® platform.
- Data Submission:
- You must provide accurate donation data (e.g., type, number, dates) to receive a humanity score letter.
- Falsified or inaccurate data may result in an incorrect humanity score and potential account suspension.
- Usage Restrictions:
- The letter is for personal use only and may not be altered, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from PDOI™ & BDOI®.
- You may not use the letter for commercial purposes or to misrepresent your contribution levels.
- Privacy:
- Your donation data will be processed per our Privacy Policy and used solely to generate the letter.
- PDOI™ & BDOI® may retain your data for record-keeping and verification purposes.
- Accuracy Disclaimer: The humanity score is an estimate based on provided data and standard scoring metrics; actual impact may vary due to external factors (e.g., medical usage, distribution).
2. Generate Humanity Score Certificate (Individual Donor Action)
- Purpose: This feature enables individual donors to generate a certificate reflecting their cumulative humanity score based on self-reported donation history.
- Eligibility: Open to individual donors with a registered account who have completed at least one verified donation.
- Data Responsibility:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of donation details entered (e.g., donation type, count).
- PDOI™ & BDOI® reserve the right to audit submitted data against organizational records if discrepancies are suspected.
- Certificate Usage:
- The certificate is for personal recognition and sharing on social media or with personal networks only.
- Unauthorized modification, commercial use, or misrepresentation of the certificate is prohibited.
- Verification Process:
- Certificates generated may include a note indicating they are self-reported unless verified by PDOI™ & BDOI®.
- Misrepresentation of donation history may lead to certificate revocation and account penalties.
- Privacy & Data Use:
- Submitted donation data will be stored securely and may be used for statistical analysis or promotional purposes with your consent, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
3. Issue Donation Certificate (Organization-Generated)
- Purpose: This feature allows PDOI™ & BDOI® to issue official donation certificates to recognize individual donors based on verified donation records.
- Eligibility:
- Available only to donors whose donations are recorded and verified by PDOI™ & BDOI® or affiliated organizations.
- Requires organizational approval and validation of donation data.
- Issuance Process:
- Certificates are generated by PDOI™ & BDOI® staff or automated systems using official records.
- Donors may request issuance through the Website, subject to verification.
- Usage Rights:
- Certificates are official documents and may be used for personal recognition, job applications, or community acknowledgment with PDOI™ & BDOI® branding intact.
- Alteration or unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Accuracy Guarantee:
- PDOI™ & BDOI® guarantee the accuracy of donation data reflected in these certificates based on organizational records.
- Any errors must be reported within 30 days of issuance for correction.
- Ownership: PDOI™ & BDOI® retain intellectual property rights over the certificate design and branding.
4. Issue Humanity Score Certificate (Organization-Generated)
- Purpose: This feature enables PDOI™ & BDOI® to issue official humanity score certificates recognizing donors’ cumulative contributions based on verified records.
- Eligibility:
- Restricted to donors with multiple verified donations recorded by PDOI™ & BDOI® or partner organizations.
- Requires organizational validation of donation history.
- Issuance Process:
- Certificates are issued by PDOI™ & BDOI® following an internal review of donation records.
- Donors may apply for issuance, but approval is at the organization’s discretion.
- Usage Rights:
- These certificates are official recognitions and may be used for personal, professional, or public acknowledgment, provided PDOI™ & BDOI® branding remains intact.
- Unauthorized alteration, duplication, or commercial use is prohibited and enforceable under copyright law.
- Accuracy & Verification:
- Humanity scores are calculated using verified donation data and PDOI™ & BDOI® proprietary scoring methodology.
- Errors in scoring must be reported within 30 days for review and re-issuance if necessary.
- Organizational Rights:
- PDOI™ & BDOI® reserve the right to feature issued certificates in promotional materials, with donor consent where required by law.
- The organization retains full ownership of the certificate template and scoring system.
